    I'm an Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Coach with years of experience personally and professionally. Supporting women in helping professions who feel trapped by constant emotional overwhelm, negative thoughts, and unexplained physical symptoms from chronic stress and burnout.

    As someone who has walked this path, I understand the exhaustion that comes from always giving and not receiving support in return. I know what it’s like to push through chronic fatigue, migraines, and emotional numbness while trying to help and care for others.

    It took many years, feeling like I was fighting a losing battle with myself, health and energy, but I never gave up and I got there in the end. It was hard doing it alone so that's why I want to help women like you to overcome the challenges you are facing now.

By addressing these deeper layers, you’ll develop self-compassion, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of empowerment, creating a strong foundation for lasting change.

    Designing a Life You Love

    In the final stage, you’ll reclaim your inner power and align your subconscious mind with your desires. You can explore reprogramming beliefs to create the life you envision or safely engage in psychedelic-assisted therapy for any remaining challenges safely. This stage emphasises goal-setting, self-discovery, and creating a purpose-driven, fulfilling life. You’ll emerge with a renewed sense of energy, direction, and connection to your authentic self.
