Your journey begins by creating a safe space for healing and cultivating self-awareness. You’ll learn tools like RESET and CALM to regulate your nervous system, ease overwhelm, and establish a healing state. This foundational step addresses the root causes of stress or illness, helping you build resilience and gain clarity while also finding a new found connection to self. It’s the first step toward breaking free from feeling stuck and moving forward with confidence.

Deeper Healing and Integration
This stage focuses on gently processing unresolved emotions and releasing past trauma. You’ll work with inner child healing, shadow work, family constellations, and parts work and more. Spiritual practices are also connected to this stage to support profound transformation in a safe and nurturing way. By addressing these deeper layers, you’ll develop self-compassion, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of empowerment, creating a strong foundation for lasting change.

Designing a Life You Love
In the final stage, you’ll reclaim your inner power and align your subconscious mind with your desires. You can explore reprogramming beliefs to create the life you envision or safely engage in psychedelic-assisted therapy for any remaining challenges safely. This stage emphasises goal-setting, self-discovery, and creating a purpose-driven, fulfilling life. You’ll emerge with a renewed sense of energy, direction, and connection to your authentic self.
Live Workshop: November 2024 Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
In this immersive experience, we'll delve into the intricacies of the wellness toolbox, a key component for cultivating resilience and personal well-being. You'll learn to identify and understand your unique triggers, gaining insight into the physiological fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses. I'll also be exploring the critical signals indicating when things are starting to break down. Recognizing these early signs is essential in preempting crises and implementing effective intervention strategies.
