I offer sessions both online and in-person, using secure and trusted platforms for virtual consultations. Many clients appreciate the ease and comfort of connecting from their own space, finding it a gentle and effective way to support their healing journey.

Our time together is flexible and tailored to what feels right for you. While some find clarity and relief after a single session, others choose to explore their healing over a longer period. There’s no pressure or fixed timeline, just a supportive space where you can move at your own pace.

Each session offers an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself, explore new perspectives, and feel more grounded. Regular sessions can be especially helpful in creating steady progress, but it’s always about finding what works best for you and your unique needs.

This stage focuses on the deeper work of meeting the emotions and experiences that have been buried inside. You’ll gently explore the parts of yourself that learned to survive by holding, hiding, or shutting down. Using trauma-informed practices you’ll understand what your body and heart have carried and start to let it go, creating space for self-compassion and emotional freedom.

Designing a Life You Love

In this final stage, you begin to live from your restored strength and inner clarity. You’ll realign your beliefs, choices, and daily life with what truly matters to you. Some women also choose to explore deeper therapeutic or psychedelic-assisted support as part of this stage. The focus is on expansion, creating a purposeful, grounded, and fulfilling life that feels like your own.
