Is Your Body Asking for You To Pause?
You’ve been pushing through the exhaustion, holding everything together while falling apart inside. Everything feels too much, the noise, the pace, the pressure to keep going. Your body feels drained, your heart feels tired, and your mind never seems to switch off. You feel disconnected from your energy, from your joy, maybe even from yourself and you know you can’t keep living like this.
Can You Relate?
You wake already tired, your mind racing, full of anxiety before the day even begins.
Aches, gut flare-ups, or migraines that come and go, and no one seems able to tell you why
A mind that never quiets, replaying worries, analysing every detail, questioning every decision.
Emotions that swing from tears to numbness, leaving you unsure what you really feel.
Guilt for slowing down, guilt for snapping, guilt for never doing enough.
Caring deeply and giving everything to others while the parts of yourself that need care go unnoticed.
A sense of living outside yourself, as if you’re watching life rather than taking part in it. Wondering where your old spark went.
Some days you can’t focus; other days you push until you crash. Caught in a pace of life that never lets you breathe, yet nothing ever feels truly done.
Craving stillness yet uneasy when quiet finally arrives.
Evenings ending in collapse, using food, screens, or wine just to switch off.
Trying so many ways to feel better: rest, supplements, positive thinking yet nothing seems to bring lasting relief.
Deep down, you know something has to change, yet you’re too worn out to know where to begin.
Hi, I'm Nichola Gois
I’m an Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Coach who helps women move beyond exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and chronic symptoms that never seem to heal with rest.
I know how that feels because I lived it for fifteen years filled with fatigue, pain, anxiety, and endless appointments with professionals who couldn’t explain what was happening.
I kept crashing, burning out, and starting over until I finally learned what it meant to be highly sensitive and how to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
That changed everything. Once I understood how my body, mind, and emotions were connected, the flare ups eased, the crashes became less severe, and life finally began to feel like mine again.
Now I guide women through the same process of rebuilding safety in their bodies, restoring energy, and finding a calm that lasts.
If you’re curious about how my journey unfolded and the work I do now, you can read more about it here.
Loinnir: Reclaiming Power, Peace, and the Parts You Buried to Survive
Derived from the Irish word for sparkle or light, Loinnir represents the quiet, radiant moments that remind you you’re still here, still capable of joy, serenity, and connection.
This framework helps you retrain your brain and body to notice those moments and build a life that holds more of them.
Through Loinnir, you’ll move from emotional overload and burnout to grounded calm, steadier energy, and a life that finally feels like it fits.
This isn’t surface healing; it’s deep, strategic work that holds both trauma and transformation with care.
Pathway
One
Regulate and Reconnect
Building Safety and Awareness
Your journey begins by creating a safe internal space for healing and self-awareness. You’ll learn practical tools that help calm overwhelm, restore balance, and strengthen resilience. This first step addresses the deeper causes of stress and illness, bringing clarity and a renewed sense of connection to yourself. It’s the foundation that allows your body and mind to feel safe enough to begin healing.
Pathway
Two
Reflect and Release
Deeper Healing and Integration
This stage focuses on the deeper work of meeting the emotions and experiences that have been buried inside. You’ll gently explore the parts of yourself that learned to survive by holding, hiding, or shutting down. Using trauma-informed practices you’ll understand what your body and heart have carried and start to let it go, creating space for self-compassion and emotional freedom.
Pathway
Three
Reclaim and Renew
Designing a Life You Love
In this final stage, you begin to live from your restored strength and inner clarity. You’ll realign your beliefs, choices, and daily life with what truly matters to you. Some women also choose to explore deeper therapeutic or psychedelic-assisted support as part of this stage. The focus is on expansion, creating a purposeful, grounded, and fulfilling life that feels like your own.
For fifteen years I lived with fatigue, pain, anxiety, and a body that doctors could not explain. In this conversation I share what finally shifted: listening to my body, working with emotions, and moving from push and crash to steady healing.
If you have been told “your tests are fine” but you know you are not, this will make sense.
Check out my interview with the wonderful Raelan Agle, a host who shares hope, insight, and practical recovery stories to inspire healing and transformation in others.

Nichola is someone I recommend wholeheartedly. You’ll feel safe, seen and heard through your journey of healing or understanding yourself better. I really like how she uses many technics aside from just talking and listening. She’s flexible in her schedules which has been great! Overall I believe she has the tools to help you overcome any challenge you are currently facing. I know she has for me!

Nichola has changed my life. She helped me get back on the driver's seat and take back control over my life by simply guiding me back home to myself. I have never been more confident, compassionate and truly loving towards myself. Words like "How they react have nothing to do with me" are not just words to make me feel better now, they are the truth, I really begin to understand. Nichola spreads kindness, compassion and is such an inspiration. They way she is able to just listen without judgement no matter what the topic is makes me feel safe. I always feel validated and heard but mostly, she manages to help me see all of that in myself and helps me remember that I am the one who holds the power. I am so grateful to be working with her and can't recommend her enough. To anyone who feels like they can't go on or they are now stuck in rock bottom forever, book a session with Nichola and let her guide you back home to yourself. She is such a light, thank you Nichola!!

I have always been a high stress and highly sensitive person, but after years of bad habits, unresolved negative self beliefs, repressed emotions, and major stressors like moving abroad and big changes in my life— my high stress turned into extreme anxiety and I lost myself for a long time and felt like I couldn’t control myself or even think clearly a lot of the time. When I met Nichola I had just gone through a really traumatic event and I don’t think I would be doing as well as I am now if it weren’t for her. She is what I hope everyone has in a therapist, always patient and compassionate. I never feel judged or pressured to share more than I want. Instead of focusing on the ‘what,’ she focuses on you and the how (how it made you feel, how it’s affecting you, and works to address your emotions in the moment by adapting to your state and needs). She also provides you with real tools for feeling better long-term and you can tell she puts a lot of effort into providing resources and helping in any way she can. Always meeting you where you are. Whether you need help with sleeping habits stress, past emotions, or anything you feel you need support with- I would recommend her for all of it!
