Hi, I'm Nichola Gois (Mc Donald)
I'm an Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Coach with years of experience personally and professionally. Supporting women who feel stuck in cycles of emotional overwhelm, burnout, and chronic symptoms, the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t go away with rest, and the kind of stress that lingers even when life is “fine” on the outside.

I understand, because I’ve been there too.
For years, I gave endlessly to others while silently struggling with my own health, energy, and emotions. I felt like I was constantly fighting against myself and I had no idea how to get out of survival mode.
What helped wasn’t more doing, it was learning to work with my body, my nervous system, and the deeper patterns underneath the symptoms.
Now, I help women like you reconnect with your inner clarity, restore your energy, and create space to breathe again without pushing, fixing, or pretending you’re okay when you’re not.

This stage focuses on gently processing unresolved emotions and releasing past trauma. You’ll work with inner child healing, shadow work, family constellations, and parts work and more. By addressing these deeper layers, you’ll develop self-compassion, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of empowerment, creating a strong foundation for lasting change.

Designing a Life You Love
In the final stage, you’ll reclaim your inner power and align your subconscious mind with your desires. You can explore reprogramming beliefs to create the life you envision or safely engage in psychedelic-assisted therapy for any remaining challenges safely. This stage emphasises goal-setting, self-discovery, and creating a purpose-driven, fulfilling life. You’ll emerge with a renewed sense of energy, direction, and connection to your authentic self.
