Lóinnir is a self-paced, trauma-informed healing journey designed for sensitive women who are done managing symptoms and ready to restore regulation, clarity, and inner safety from the inside out.

This isn’t another course. It’s a recalibration of your nervous system through real tools somatic, psychological, and energetic so you can break the cycle of burnout, over-functioning, and emotional overload. You’ll learn how to honor your sensitivity as strength and build a life that matches your internal truth.

    Building Safety and Awareness

    Your journey begins by creating a safe internal space for healing and self-awareness. You’ll learn practical tools that help calm overwhelm, restore balance, and strengthen resilience. This first step addresses the deeper causes of stress and illness, bringing clarity and a renewed sense of connection to yourself. It’s the foundation that allows your body and mind to feel safe enough to begin healing.

    Reflect and Release

    Deeper Healing and Integration 

    This stage focuses on the deeper work of meeting the emotions and experiences that have been buried inside. You’ll gently explore the parts of yourself that learned to survive by holding, hiding, or shutting down. Using trauma-informed practices you’ll understand what your body and heart have carried and start to let it go, creating space for self-compassion and emotional freedom.

    Reclaim and Renew

    Designing a Life You Love

    In this final stage, you begin to live from your restored strength and inner clarity. You’ll realign your beliefs, choices, and daily life with what truly matters to you. Some women also choose to explore deeper therapeutic or psychedelic-assisted support as part of this stage. The focus is on expansion, creating a purposeful, grounded, and fulfilling life that feels like your own.

    Align & Thrive Summit: February 2025 A Nervous System Reset For The Year Ahead

    Nichola was a featured speaker in the Align & Thrive Summit, a 5-day holistic event focused on nervous system healing, purpose, and embodied transformation. Hosted by Carolina Velis, the summit gathered 24 experts across wellness, spirituality, money, mindset, and somatic recovery.

    In her session, “Trauma and Spirituality for HSP and Empathic Women,” Nichola explored how unresolved trauma manifests energetically and physically in highly sensitive bodies and how to begin healing without pushing, bypassing, or spiritual detachment.

    This 12-week journey brings together everything I’ve learned about supporting highly sensitive women through chronic stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue. You’ll move through nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep reconnection — all within a safe, trauma-informed structure.
