Lóinnir is a self-paced, trauma-informed healing journey designed for sensitive women who are done managing symptoms and ready to restore regulation, clarity, and inner safety from the inside out.
This isn’t another course. It’s a recalibration of your nervous system through real tools—somatic, psychological, and energetic so you can break the cycle of burnout, over-functioning, and emotional overload. You’ll learn how to honor your sensitivity as strength and build a life that matches your internal truth.

Building Safety and Awareness
Your journey begins by creating a safe space for healing and cultivating self-awareness. You’ll learn tools like RESET and CALM to regulate your nervous system, ease overwhelm, and establish a healing state. This foundational step addresses the root causes of stress or illness, helping you build resilience and gain clarity while also finding a new found connection to self. It’s the first step toward breaking free from feeling stuck and moving forward with confidence.

Deeper Healing and Integration
This stage focuses on gently processing unresolved emotions and releasing past trauma. You’ll work with inner child healing, shadow work, family constellations, and parts work and more. Spiritual practices are also connected to this stage to support profound transformation in a safe and nurturing way. By addressing these deeper layers, you’ll develop self-compassion, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of empowerment, creating a strong foundation for lasting change.

Designing a Life You Love
In the final stage, you’ll reclaim your inner power and align your subconscious mind with your desires. You can explore reprogramming beliefs to create the life you envision or safely engage in psychedelic-assisted therapy for any remaining challenges safely. This stage emphasises goal-setting, self-discovery, and creating a purpose-driven, fulfilling life. You’ll emerge with a renewed sense of energy, direction, and connection to your authentic self.
Align & Thrive Summit: February 2025 A Nervous System Reset For The Year Ahead
Nichola was a featured speaker in the Align & Thrive Summit, a 5-day holistic event focused on nervous system healing, purpose, and embodied transformation. Hosted by Carolina Velis, the summit gathered 24 experts across wellness, spirituality, money, mindset, and somatic recovery.
In her session, “Trauma and Spirituality for HSP and Empathic Women,” Nichola explored how unresolved trauma manifests energetically and physically in highly sensitive bodies and how to begin healing without pushing, bypassing, or spiritual detachment.

In this session, Nichola explores the nervous system’s early warning signs and teaches practical tools to identify your unique stress responses—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn—before they spiral. You’ll learn how to intervene early, restore equilibrium, and prevent deeper collapse.

As Lóinnir—my signature nervous system healing pathway—unfolds, my focus is fully on guiding those currently inside this deeply held, high-touch container.
Lóinnir is more than a program. It’s a full recalibration for highly sensitive women navigating chronic stress, emotional shutdown, or nervous system collapse. Rooted in somatics, energetic repair, and trauma-informed psychology, it offers a steady structure to regulate, rebuild, and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.
